Symptoms

High Level Scheduler in the Constrained Plan performed the item calculations incorrectly as seen in the horizontal plan

Users are using Flow Manufacturing lines with ECC constrained ASCP plans. Similar to bug 7007969, they are trying to figure out for the first bucket of data in the resource horizontal plan came up with Required Rate = 1548.69 for 12-JUN-2012 (1st bucket).  We understand for Flow Line = SCL that the Available Rate was calculated from the source setup in Flow Manufacturing which shows 8 hours (06:00 to 14:00) x 10000 (Max Rate) = 80000.  While the bug is helpful in some regards we cannot see the data behind it for certain to come up with the individual values nor how it showed the Total Required Rate. Can we see a detailed example of how the calculations are performed?
