Symptoms

 Cannot validate CSML in Central Designer.

Internal Error.  The study's schema is invalid. Error: RefName = , Id=, LocalName=: The Title element is invalid - the value ''" is invalid according to its datatype.  CSML Title - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.
