Goal
When a task is created in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and sent to Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), the external id for the task sometimes has 32 digits but the field for external id search in Task Search has a maximum of 30 digits so it is not possible to search for the exact external id number.
