Symptoms

Database import reports the error ORA-12899 for some records.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

This error is stopping the upgrade to OC 4.6.5

Changes

The character set for the source database is WE8ISO8859P1, and the character set for the target database is AL32UTF8.
