SA End Date Time Is Defaulted To 12:00:00 AM by Severance - Causes A Sync Error in D1-SIOPE (Doc ID 1479000.1)

Symptoms

If a Service Agreement is expired by Credit & Collections and Severance processes, a SA > Usage Subscription sync request is created and sent to MDM where the SA End Date time will be set to 12:00AM, while the SA/SP Stop Date time will be set to 11:59PM.  When the sync request record is progressed by D1-SIOPE on the MDM side, it will fail with the following error:

The Stop Date/Time (01-15-2012 11:59PM) of SP (<SP ID>) cannot be later than the End Date/Time (01-15-2012 12:00AM) of Usage Subscription (<US ID>).
