Goal

We are adding 9 NEPs on our ASAP production instance. After adding NEPs in the ASAP, we were not able to start the ASAP. On searching the support site, we came to know that MAX_THREADS parameter needs to be changed. Could you please answer the following query:

1. what should be the max_threads value & the corresponding other parameters?
2. We are expecting 200K order volume on this ASAP instance.
With the given configuration file ASAP.cfg, how many connection will be made to the database by the ASAP instance?

Following is the configuration of NEs and combined max connections for NEs:

Current no of NEs: 355

Total no. of connections which can be made on these NEs are: 1665
