System loses its reference to the original cycle rate if a product is cancelled after a price change, this is causing inaccurate reverse cycle charges.
1. Purchase a deal with a product having a cycle forward arrears rate
2. After some time, in the same actg cycle, change the price on the product, commit the change and restart the CM
3. After some time, in the same actg cycle, cancel the deal.
4. Run pin_bill_day as per normal procedures.
In this situation, system can lose reference to the original rate object after the pricing change.
It then attempts to apply the new rate, causing inaccurate reverse cycle charges.
