Select Multiple Contacts to Add to PSR at Once

Symptoms
When creating a PSR for an existing customer, each contact added to the PSR must be selected individually. The process must be repeated if multiple contacts exist and are required to be added.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service Request > Add New > Select Existing > Acct # 124840
2. Select Contacts tab.
3. Right click and select 'Select Customer Contacts'
4. Multi-select of Customer Contacts is not supported.
