DCA Reports "DIAMETER_MISSING_AVP" to the Cisco GGSNs after Upgrade to NCC 4.4.1. (Doc ID 1479529.1)

Symptoms

The Diameter traffic coming from a Cisco GGSN is being rejected by the Diameter Control Agent (DCA) interface.

Although no particular error message is being raised by the application, when turning debug on the Diameter Control Agent interface, the response that DCA sends back to the GGSN is reporting a missing AVP in its reply to the UPDATE_REQUEST message :

 

Changes

 Recent upgrade to Network Charging and Control release 4.4.1 or above.
