In the real time rating, when the usage is charged free [ zero value] the active_session doesnt populate the start time of the session. The session is committed event start time [PIN_FLD_START_T ]has Null value as the event created time. There is no way to identify the start time of the session.
Here the active_session object.
The session start_t is populated as Null (the event created time)
The session start_t should be populated as the current pin_virtual_value time has start_t value( event created time).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a product having Real time GSM event, select Duration has rum, select any non-currency with 0 impact, create deal and plan.
2. Create an account with above plan.
3. Call PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_AUTHORIZE opcode with having PIN_FLD_START_T field.
