Design Studio - Unable To Bundle Creation Task While Building Cartridge (Doc ID 1480041.1)

Goal

The Cartridge gets built properly, but while deploying it throws an error, as the system can not find the creation task. 

The customer is getting following error during the deployment of the cartridge:

[Fatal Error] CustomerServiceOrderProvisioning.xml:88:49: An 'include' failed,and no 'fallback' element was found.
