Symptoms
Oracle Clinical 4.6.x integrated with TMS 4.6.x, all terms TMS validated terms are coding and sent to TMS just fine, except one longer term e.g.
CAUSE OF DEATH BILATERAL PNEUMONIA AND DECOMPENSATED CHRONIC LIVER DISEASE WITH PORTAL HYPERTENSION
After running a batch validation this term is not sent to TMS as an Omission, and no coding is returned to Clinical
