Symptoms

On: 2.12.2.0.2 version, Processing

The Configuration Migration Tool is tested. The import fails for two databases.
Several errors show.

ERROR
-----------------------
WARNING Caught exception committing connection: ORA-02091: transaction rolled back
ORA-00001: unique constraint (OHI_CLAIMS_OWNER.RCL_COVERAGE_REGIME_UK1) violated

SEVERE GEN-PROC-011: Migration has failed. The FlexCodeSystem that is identified by {ID=483} is missing in the target environment

SEVERE GEN-PROC-012: Migration has failed. Unique key violation for the DynamicLogic table. The rows with ID [] have the same logical identifier [UUID:[null]]

SEVERE GEN-PROC-011: Migration has failed. The Field that is identified by {ID=573} is missing in the target environment

SEVERE GEN-PROC-012: Migration has failed. Unique key violation for the CoverageRegime table. The rows with ID [11753, 12173] have the same logical identifier [CODE:DED_COINS_SBMAX_OOPM_236]

SEVERE GEN-PROC-012: Migration has failed. Unique key violation for the ProductBenefitSpecification table. The rows with ID [8311343, 8706993] have the same logical identifier [BESP_ID:6283, PROD_ID:7253, START_DATE:2011-01-01 00:00:00.0]
[Thu Jul 19 09:44:39 EDT 2012] SEVERE Import failed: ORA-02091: transaction rolled back
ORA-00001: unique constraint (OHI_CLAIMS_OWNER.RCL_COVERAGE_REGIME_UK1) violated

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.
OHI (Oracle Health Insurance) User Interface.
NAV Configuration / Process Rules / Configuration Export Sets.
Create an export set.
2.
Export the export set:
From the util\migration directory run the Export with the applicable
command.
3.
Import the export set.
