MWM Requires a Manual Cancellation of a Dispatched Activity And Does Not Support Automatic Cancellation

How do you configure the system to automatically cancel an activity that has been dispatched to a mobile device? When the host system sends a cancellation, is it possible for Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) to cancel that activity in MWM, regardless of whether the activity is residing on the mobile device in a "dispatched" status or not? Currently, the system is not processing this cancellation if the activity is dispatched and requires a manual cancellation in MWM.
