When Trying to View a File Attachment with AutoVue an Error Occurs "File Not Found" " no protocol" (Doc ID 1480383.1)

When attempting to view a file attachment with AutoVue for Agile, the following error occurs:

"File Not Found" " no protocol"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to web client
  2. Open any object with a file attachment
  3. View a file attachment with AutoVue


 Installed Agile service pack after installing the AutoVue client libraries on the File Manager.
