OFSAA Server Master Screen Hangs or Is Blank After Entering Unix User Information (Doc ID 1481029.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, after you enter your OFSAA Unix user id and password in the "Security User ID" and "Security Password" fields in System Configuration > Server Details > Database Server, when you click on "Save", the screen goes blank and never returns.  The "Server Master" screen appears to hang:

Your changes are not saved.

You are using the "SFTP" option in this environment.

You tested the "sftp" Unix user and password as follows:

sftp <user>@<IP Address>

You enter the password when prompted.  The connection is successful.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go System Configuration > Server Details > Database Server
2. Click on Modify
3. Click on Next
4. Enter the OFSAA Unix user id and password for "Security User ID" and "Security Password"
5. Save

The screen goes blank and never returns / hangs.
