RS_Failure When Running A DCF Report (error ORA-01427) (Doc ID 1481065.1)

Symptoms

When running a DCF report for 2 specific DCFs in a specific study, the job does not run successfully: the job status is RS_FAILURE, and the log shows the following message:

  ERR ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
  SELECT rownum , dcf_id_dnc dcf_id2 , q_line1_1 , q_line2_1 , q_line1_2 , q_line1_3 , q_line1_4 , q_line1_5 , discrepancy_entry_id_dnc discrepancy_entry_id , status_dnc s status , disc_rev , disc_type FROM pf_dcf.pf_DCF_RPT_DETAIL DD WHERE ( :dcf_id1 =
  ERR Error occurred sending Job output to cache


The PDF is not generated, however the status of the DCF is changed as required.

This is reproducible, but only for 2 specific DCFs. For other DCFs, there is no problem.
