Symptoms

According to the standard, the CorrelationId and ScfID those are auto-generated by IMSCF should be optional for IN Mediation mode.

They should be optional as in IN Mediation mode northbound SCP can use assistingSSPIPRoutingAddress to setup both ScfID and CorrelationId to be propagated to SRF.

"The assistingSSPIPRoutingAddress shall contain routeing digits, a correlationID and a scfID when a temporary connection shall be established between PLMNs and no bilateral agreement exists between the involved network operators to transfer correlationID and SCFiD as separate parameters."
