Some Periodic Charge Buckets are Disappearing When a Wallet is Moved to the "Terminated" State (Doc ID 1481175.1)

Symptoms

When installing or upgrading to Network Charging and Control, Version 4.4.0 to 4.4.1.3.0, some Periodic Charge related buckets appear to be disappearing whereas they should not when a wallet's state is moved to terminated in the SMS screens. Some periodic charges are allowed even if the wallet is in the "terminated" state, these bucket should be retained even though the subscriber's wallet has been moved to the "terminated" state.

Changes

 Installation or upgrade to Network Charging and Control version 4.4.0 to 4.4.1.3.0.
