Symptoms

We get error when we create account using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER with ACCOUNT_NO in the input flist with IMDB (dm_tt).

Below is the log extract for the error.

When we create account using OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER, OOB creates ACCOUNT_NO in poid string format. For e.g “0.0.0.1 – 12345”.
We are giving ACCOUNT_NO in the input flist itself which is not as OOB format. For e.g : "1-10RQL".

dm_oracle works fine with this. But TimesTen is giving an error. Reason being that TimesTen tries to map db_no of the poid fields to the logical partition number of the cache.
The entry in dm_tt pin.conf for this is “poids_in_string_format_list”. This entry is used for migration of BRM data to IMDB.

We removed this entry for ACCOUNT_NO and it is working fine with TimesTen also.
