Symptoms

You are in the process of migrating to 4.6.5 from 4.5.2. While converting a study with the following NAV steps

Admin-> Create XMLP DCI forms

the job fails with a FAILURE status. It fails for the SCHED_XXXX DCI. The html migration ran well for the other studies with no issues.
