Error During HTML Form Conversion From 4.5.2 To 4.6.5 (Doc ID 1481418.1)

Symptoms

You are in the process of migrating to 4.6.5 from 4.5.2. While converting a study with the following NAV steps

Admin-> Create XMLP DCI forms

the job fails with a FAILURE status. It fails for the <DCI NAME 2> DCI. The html migration ran well for the other studies with no issues.


From the log file:


  Generating PDR Template for dci: <DCI NAME 1> (id : <DCI ID 1>) version: 2
  Successfully generated PDR Template for the dci: <DCI NAME 1> version: 2
  Generating HTML Template for dci: <DCI NAME 1> (id : <DCI ID 1> ) version: 2
  Successfully generated HTML Template for the dci: <DCI NAME 1> version: 2
Finished Generation for study: <STUDY>
Setting batch jobs status to FAILURE
Possible reasons - Migration failed for a PDR Template or a HTML DE Form Version / Nothing to migrate
 / Reports server not configured for user
End Time 30-JUL-2012 08:20:30
Navigated to the record.

OCCURRENCE PATTERNS: consistent, but only with the given DCI. All others are successfully migrated
