Goal

As per "Oracle® Communications Unified Inventory Management Developer’s Guide Release 7.2", ->11. Customizing the User Interface -> under 'XLF Files', it states that

"The Preferences.xlf file, which defines the DATE_FORMAT, is located within the inventory application inv project, in the Web Content/WEB-INF/classes/oracle/communications/platform/ui directory."

But, The "Preferences.xlf file" is not available in the mentioned location under inventory application inv project, in the Web Content/WEB-INF/classes/oracle/communications/platform/ui directory.
