Symptoms

ISSUE:

OC hangs when the user tries to execute any activity related with Mass Change.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* Connect to OC
* Go to Conduct > Mass Changes > Responses Changes
* Enter the parameters for both blocks, then save.
* Try to execute "Count CDS"

BUSINESS IMPACT:
-----------------------
User is not able to execute Mass Change.
