If a Non-Filing Period Based Obligation has the Override Payment Due Date and Override Filing Due Date is Populated, clicking the Update P&I from the Credit Allocation Detail zone generates an error in the logs. The error does not show online, but it will not be possible to access the Credit Allocation Detail zone once the error occurs. This results in Penalty and Interest not running
