Applies to:

Oracle Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities Field Work - Version 3.1 and later

Symptoms

Life Support value is mapped incorrectly for the data sent to MWM for any FA created. When the Premise or Personnel Life supported is selected in CCB with a description, PIP is reading the Life Support description value and sending to MWM the same description, but MWM is expecting a boolean value. Due to this any FA's created with the Life Support flag as "Y" is failing in MWM with the following error. This is on MWMv2 and CCB 2.3.1
