How to Customize BRM Customer Center to Review Payment Channel (Doc ID 1482098.1)

Goal

The Revenue Assurance department has to ensure all the payments that came from different sources are applied into BRM. So far they can see the payments in the Customer Center GUI, but they are not able to review from which Channel such payments came from. That is making difficult for that department to do the conciliation among the received payments and the source sent by the different channels.

Currently the BRM user is querying the info directly on the database and giving a report to the Revenue Assurance Department, but need a more automated way to do it, enabling the RA Department to query that info by themselves.

Is there any default tab/field/link in the Customer Center where the user can find such information? Or Customer Center needs to be customized in order to show the Payment Channel? If so, what would be the procedure?

The payment channel information is stored onto the table EVENT_BILLING_PAYMENT_T, within the column CHANNEL_ID. It comes from the object "/event/billing/payment" and field PIN_FLD_CHANNEL_ID.  The user is using the opcode PCM_PYMT_OP_COLLECT to store such info. Preferably, the user would like to see the payment channel under the Payments -> Payment Details page.  However, they are open to hear other alternatives if putting the data in such page is not feasible.
