Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)
In versions of NCC 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52, an issue exists where Balance Type Announcements can be unknowingly be unset after saving and reopening the Balance Type screens.
Balance Type Announcements can be played for the specific balance type under the following circumstances:
- When the Balance Type expires
- When the Balance Type is due to expire
- When the Balance Type is positive (only applies to non-Cash type balances)
- When the Balance Type is negative or if there is no credit available
Here is an example of the Balance Type Announcements screen:
The issue which exists occurs after any of the Announcement Set/Entry dropdown lists are selected and saved. The next time this screen is reopened, they will display as being unset, despite being set in the database/background.
If Save is clicked, any configured Balance Type Announcements will be overwritten and unset.
Installation of NCC 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11 or 18.104.22.168.
