The TSP Code is Losing The Hyphen on The Connection Design From ASR Creation (Doc ID 1482636.1)

Last updated on JULY 24, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution - Version 6.0.15 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The TSP code is losing the hyphen on the connection design from ASR creation. On an ASR, the formatting for a TSP code is: XXXXXXXXX-XX. When you look at the connection design for the circuits created from the ASR, the TSP code loses the hyphen and looks like XXXXXXXXXXX. This is creating a problem for downstream systems that are looking for the hyphen so they can key off of the next character after the hyphen for special routing handling.
