Approved Price Changes Are Not Being Made To 'Executed' Status After Running PriceEventExecution Batch (Doc ID 1482687.1)

Symptoms

Price Changes effective on vdate + 1 are not moved to 'Executed' status from 'Approved' status when running PriceEventExecutionbatch in 12.0.5 IN India Localization Environment.

RPM Oc4j log has the following error :
 


Steps to Recreate:
1) Create few Regular Price Changes effective 'Vdate+1'
2) Execute RPM_PRICEEVENTEXECUTION batch
3) Few price changes are observed to have remained in 'Approved' status.
    Due to this the Selling_Retail in RPM_ITEM_MRP_DETAILS table is not updated with the latest Price Change.
