Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 7.2.11 and lower, in Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry, if a user edits a record that has already been authorized once and the authorizer rejects the changes, the record continues to have an 'Authorize' status. You expect the record status to change to Rejected. As a result, users cannot tell which records are correctly authorized and which have edits that have been rejected.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to Unified Metadata Manager
- Go to Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry
- Create a DEFQ Form and save with authorization rights
- Add a record and authorize the record
- Edit already authorized record and save
- Login as an authorizer
- Reject the edited record
The record has a status of Authorize.
