Forecast Confidence Percentage is not Working Properly for Advanced Supply Chain Planning (Doc ID 1483375.1)

Symptoms

1- Created Forecast with Quantity = 2000 and Confidence % = 70
2- Run Collection
3- Run Plan
4- In planner wokbench check forecast quantity and find it is 2000

The forecast quantity should be 1400 not 2000

STEPS:
1- Created Forecast with Quantity = 2000 and Confidence % = 70      N: OPM Material Planner
2- Run Collection   N: OPM Supply Chain Planner
3- Run Plan      N: OPM Supply Chain Planner
4- In planner wokbench check forecast quantity find it 2000      N: OPM Supply Chain Planner
