On OFSAAI 7.3.1, when attempting to login as a new OFSAAI user, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Complete all Security Management steps including mapping Infodom to segment and user group.
2. Confirm that all user group, infodom, users authorizations have been completed.

Issue does not occur for the sysadmn or sysauth users.
