Java.lang.classcastexception Errors for in Java Console When Trying to Open OFSAAI Java Pages with WebLogic Web Server (Doc ID 1484351.1)

Symptoms

After OFSAAI 7.2.12 installation, when the webserver was re-started, the Cubes or any other java applet screens like United Metadata Manager -> Import Model could not be opened:

The below error comes in the Java Console for any of the java pages opened:

[Message Logger] Starting up.....
Log 4j System not available so messages with priority INFO or higher will be logged to this console

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unified Metadata Manager -> Business Metadata Management -> Cubes
=> the error is thrown in java console
