OFSAA Patch 6.x Installation Fails with Errors Applying Service Pack (Doc ID 1484414.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.0.2 when attempting to apply the 6.0.2 FTP service pack after successfully applying OFSAAI 7.3.1.0.0 and OFSAAI 7.3.1.0.4, the following error occurs in the AplicationService.log:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run 6.0.2 FTP service pack installer
2. Find errors in AplicationServicePack.log
