BRM Upgrade: Load_pin_ar_taxes Is Returning Status As 1 Irrespective Of Success Or Failure (Doc ID 1484432.1)

Symptoms

When we execute the load_pin_ar_taxes the Status returned by this application is 1, even if the file has got loaded successfully.
For other applications it is returning as 0.
Because of the same state we are not able to differentiate from the Status whether the file has been loaded or not in the BRM
