Worklist Does Not Display Orders For Users After Upgrading To OSM 6.3.1 Build 409(Patch 51)

This week we upgrade OSM 6.3.1 to build 409. The latest patch 51 was applied to almost all OSM environments. The installation was smooth. However are unable to see any orders in their worklist.
