Symptoms

On Oracle Retail Point of Service(ORPOS), registers hang when items from the same department are scanned from different registers simultaneously.Processing heavy load sale transactions could cause POS Server to freeze. New POS clients can not be started until the POS server is bounced. This issue may occur in a high volume store environment which is difficult to reproduce at will.
