Unable to Access WS-Policy in Weblogic to add Security to WebServices

Symptoms
On UIM 7.1.0, WEblogic Server - 9.2MP2, trying to add Webservice Policies to custom webservice that created.
When trying to add WS Policy for the Webservices after deploying the Webservice in UIM, at the time of accessing 'WS-Policy' from weblogic console,
i.e. Summary of Deployments > UIM701WebService >Configuration>WS-Policy, getting java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:

Error opening /jsp/webservice/WebServiceConfigurationWebServicePoliciesForm.jsp.
The source of this error is java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The property you provided 'contents' of form 'deploymentPlanForm' must not be set to null. at com.bea.console.taglib.html.TableTag.registerDataSet(TableTag.java:1595) at com.bea.console.taglib.html.TableTag.doRegisterDataSet(TableTag.java:2469) at com.bea.console.taglib.html.TableTag.doStartTag(TableTag.java:1360) at
