DSI Initialization Job Fails with ORA-20000: 1056500

When Executing the DSI Initialization Job via:

1) Definition --> Jobs --> Initialize Disconnected System Integrations


2) Using the API

SQL> exec TMS_DSI_MT_DEF.INITIALIZEDSI(pDSIInstanceType => '<instance type>');

<instance type> is SRC for Source, SPN for Sponsor, N for None.

The Job fails with the following error:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20000: 1056500-You cannot set Instance Type to Source when remote DSI
definitions exist.
