Symptoms

When working with multiple Advanced Calling Services (ACS) customers and configuring free named events for an ACS customer which is not the default one or for a newly created one, when these free events are being triggered (By the external network or an internal logic such as a Business Process Logic (BPL)), they fail with the following error message reported in the Service Logic Controller (SLC) in the slee_acs log file:
