Symptoms

After executing a process for Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and/or Asset Liability Management, the process fails to run.  When you try running directly on the server using the command line from $FIC_DB_HOME/bin, you receive an ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified error:
