Information in this document applies to any platform.
A number of symptoms may occur. Here are the known ones:
- Service Numbers cannot be added and fail with a "must be unique" error.
- The same service numbers can not be found when using the search.
- The ACS customer is not listed on the Customer screen.
- The "hidden" ACS customers can also cause "unique" errors when others are created or changed.
CLI numbers are expected to be affected in similar ways to the Service Numbers.
There may be other data associated with the ACS customers that experiences similar problems.
An ACS Customer name is changed to a string that cannot be displayed. Sequences known to cause problems are any combination of one or more full stop and spaces.
