ACS Screens do not Display Customers and Associated Service Numbers (Doc ID 1486716.1)

A number of symptoms may occur. Here are the known ones:

CLI numbers are expected to be affected in similar ways to the Service Numbers.

There may be other data associated with the ACS customers that experiences similar problems.



An ACS Customer name is changed to a string that cannot be displayed. Sequences known to cause problems are any combination of one or more full stop and spaces.

Note that an ACS customer can be created this way but will not be displayed.
