Symptoms

When attempting to run Data Collection the Planning Data Pull got the following error.

ERROR

25-JUL 04:36:46 : Planning Data Pull Worker( Request_ID=1607163) is submitted.
25-JUL 04:36:46 : Planning Data Pull Worker( Request_ID=1607164) is submitted.
25-JUL 07:37:12 : Timeout error.
25-JUL 07:37:12 : User-Defined Exception

Customer identified the following Planning Data Pull SQL as the long running SQL:

insert into msc_st_partner_contacts

, partner_type

, sr_instance_id)

This means that the performance of MRP_AP_CUSTOMER_CONTACTS_V on the EBS Source instance is causing the perfomance problem.
