The Secondary Termination Does Not Appear On The Circuit Design

Symptoms
While working on the CLR design for circuits which are part of an ASR (which has multiple circuits ) the Secondary Termination link does not appear on the circuit design for the circuits , but it does appear for one of the circuits , generally the first one .
Steps:
1-Create a new ASR(or we can also search and old one with multiple circuit on it ) and attach more than 1 circuit to it .
2-Open the circuits in Connection Design and see that Secondary Termination is there on all the circuit .
3-After the MSS was upgraded to version to 6.0.15.826 ,open the same ASR circuits in Connection Design and we see that the Secondary Termination link is there only for the first circuit .Its is not there for other circuits on the ASR.
