Invalid tags are displayed in Japanese view

Symptoms

Some invalid tags are displayed in a Japanese view mode.

1. Case Copy

Steps:
1. Login to Argus as UserType: Argus-J
2. Open the case in a Japanese view mode
3. Navigate to Case Action > Copy
4. The dialog box appears and the invalid tags <B> and </B> are included for the CaseID

2. Field label "Causality Source" in Product-Event Details tab

Steps:
1. Login to Argus as UserType: Argus-J
2. Open the case in a Japanese view mode
3. Navigate to Events tab > Event details tab
4. The label "Causality Source" is displayed properly
5. Open the "Product - Event details" tab and the following tags are displayed for the label "Causality Source"
