GRCM 7.8 Single Sign On (SSO) not working, IE Browser prompts for login (Doc ID 1487862.1)

Symptoms

Undergoing a reorganization in an Active Directory environment.   GRCM 7.8 user accounts may be found in two different branches in Active Directory.

Users in the new branch of Active Directory are getting prompted to login with the Single Sign On (SSO) authentication.  Users in the exisitng AD branch are not prompted to log in.

When testing with the content server the authentication prompt happens before the login page is displayed.

Changes

 Users are moved in the Active Directory structure.
