Symptoms

On : Primavera Portfolio Management (PPM) 9.0 version, Bridge to P6 Sync

When running the Bridge sync to P6, the following error occurs.

ERROR

PM Sync Process [P6_Server_Name] Fail admin -42 Sync process timed out.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, all data not able to sync with P6.
