Memory Leaks in Pin_discount_cleanup Utility (Doc ID 1488453.1)

During testing the utility pin_discount_cleanup to purge old closed /purchase_discount instances, there were noticeable memory leaks.

After executed pin_discount_cleanup utility for approximately one hour, this process consumed all memory allowed for a 32 bit process by UNIX.

Memory usage has been monitored by UNIX top command every five minutes during the execution of pin_discount_cleanup,  memory allocation for pin_discount_cleanup grown regularly until 1 GB which is the maximum memory allocated for a 32 bit process.
