Maximum Orders Per Shift Per Day Limit Incresed from 128 to 256 for MWM v1.5 (Doc ID 1488548.1)

Last updated on MARCH 26, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 1.5.0 and later
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 1.12.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) is currently limited in the number of orders per crew per day to 128. This is a limitation in Oracle Real-Time Scheduler (ORS) Planner version 10.3.16 currently certified with MWM 1.5. We need a higher limit to allow scheduling more orders per crew per day.

When the limit is exceeded, we see the following SMAuto errors:

red application: error - 2012/08/03 12:49:52 - Application Error (1000) - n/a
"Faulting application smauto.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module smauto.exe, version
