On 7.3.0 BRM system, after the purchase of a discount on the account, there is no more communication to Pipeline via the account synchronization queue.
Steps to reproduce :
1. Create Plan with 10% Cycle Forward discount without any valid products.
2. Create an account with the above plan
3. Monitor the eai_js process :
/event/notification/cycle/start is triggered, and the process remains waiting for /event/notification/cycle/end event
Any steps performed after this do not send the business events across to pipeline.
